The aim of the project was to investigate the potential of a current product and redesign it. The product chosen for the makeover was a Quest 34100 drip coffee maker. The redesign approach was centred on the three primary needs discovered using qualitative and quantitative tools: easy to place, handy interactions and sustainability.
