Tenant Mobile App.

It is an App that allows potential tenants to access the offer procedure through their phones and to complete their applications in less than 30 minutes. Once they become new tenants, they have access to the main app which have functional and interesting co-living tools. Through the app, they can access to all the tenancy documentation, make their monthly payments, report any issue at any time. To create a peaceful and chill co-living atmosphere, we created a special section where the flatmates can arrange their own house rules, manage the house tasks, and even to split the bill of their common expenses. Mind the Flat is more than a real state agency, it is a co-living community and for this reason through the app the tenant can join to many social and cultural activities within people beyond their own flat.
